FAQ

Questions, answered

Who can sign up?+

Anyone with an Enginow invite. New signups join as Campus Crew by default; an Admin can promote them later.

How does scoring work?+

Program Managers and Admins assign points up to each task's maximum. Totals roll up into the leaderboard automatically.

Can I import existing ambassadors?+

Yes — paste or upload a CSV and we'll validate before importing.

Is my data secure?+

Every table uses row-level security, and roles are stored separately from profiles to prevent privilege escalation.
